The Beeches

The Beeches was a truly unique project—a fully pre-cast concrete home, manufactured in Germany and assembled on-site. Unlike traditional builds, this method required meticulous planning, as all electrical boxes were precast into the concrete prior to installation. This presented a new challenge for Synergy, pushing us to develop a bespoke wiring system to seamlessly connect all services.

Innovative Solutions for a Complex Build

With the structure already in place, our team had to adapt, utilizing Copex conduits emerging from the concrete and integrating them into a system that allowed efficient point-to-point wiring. This was a Synergy first, requiring precision, problem-solving, and technical expertise to ensure the entire system functioned flawlessly.
