Park Farm

The Park Farm Project was an exciting and challenging venture for Synergy, marking a significant first in our journey. Unlike traditional builds, this beautiful home was entirely pre-fabricated off-site, constructed entirely from timber. This presented a unique set of challenges, particularly when it came to our electrical installation. One of the most complex aspects of this project was the flat roof structure, which required us to rethink our standard wiring methods. With the roof being completed off-site, we had one shot to get everything right before it was sealed permanently. To overcome this, we meticulously planned and designed specific wiring zones where cables could be run safely before the final roof installation. Every cable had to be carefully routed, tested, and verified before the roof was enclosed, ensuring that no modifications would be necessary later. This meant extensive pre-planning, on-the-spot problem-solving, and absolute precision in execution. While this added layers of complexity to the project, it ultimately reinforced our expertise and adaptability. The Park Farm Project was a true testament to the skill, dedication, and innovative approach of our team. Despite the challenges, the result was a beautifully finished home that we are incredibly proud to have been a part of. This project not only pushed our capabilities but also highlighted our ability to think ahead, adapt, and deliver on a complex, high-stakes build.
